Welcome to Patient Nutrition 👋

My name is Selda, the face and primary dietitian behind Patient Nutrition.

My journey with nutrition and dietetics began when I developed IBS. I felt isolated; getting care for me was inaccessible. In my frustration I decided to take matters into my own hands and study dietetics to learn more about my condition and to help others in the same boat.

In my clinical experience I have enjoyed learning about and supporting people with IBS. Additionally, I have found pleasure healing peoples’ relationship with food, helping support others to nourish their body and teach others how to support a healthy cardiovascular system.
